Electronic Resources Librarian
Lamar Soutter Library / Library Operations
Rebecca Gerber, MHSA, MLIS, is an electronic resources librarian for the Lamar Soutter Library, University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. In this role she manages the library's electronic resources, print collections, and acquisitions. Rebecca holds a Master of Health Services Administration from George Washington University, received a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama, and BA in International Studies and Russian/USSR Studies. She negotiates resource renewal agreements, collects and interprets data related to the usage of library resources, and works on improving the diversity of collections. She is also a book reviewer for Booklist (and ALA publication).
