Health Sciences Informationist
Annette and Irwin Eskind Family Biomedical Library and Learning Center

Rachel Lane Walden is a Health Sciences Informationist at Eskind Biomedical Library, Vanderbilt University, and she graduated from the University of South Carolina with her Masters in Library and Information Science. Rachel teaches biomedical literature searching and provides general and discipline-specific research support with a focus on evidence based practice. She is a 2023-2024 MLA Rising Star and is excited to get started in the leadership development program. Fun Fact: Rachel is a Master Scuba Diver who also has her PADI Zombie Apocalypse Diver Certification.
