Jennifer Deberg, OT, MLS

Jennifer DeBerg is a User Services Librarian at the Hardin Library for the Health Sciences at the University of Iowa Libraries. She provides information instruction and services to clinicians, students, faculty and staff from various health science disciplines. She is an adjunct lecturer with the University of Iowa College of Nursing where she collaborates with faculty in undergraduate and graduate courses with focus on research and evidence-based practice. Prior to obtaining her MLS in 2008, Jen worked as an occupational therapist for 15 years, and has a passion for providing support and education to clinicians with an interest in evidence-based practice. Jennifer is active in several professional organizations, has been a presenter at numerous regional and national conferences, and is a contributor to articles published in both library and health sciences journals.
