Tyler Nix is Interim Assistant Director of the Research and Informatics unit at the University of Michigan Taubman Health Sciences Library (THSL), where he coordinates THSL's involvement in various research contexts across the health sciences. He also serves as a liaison to the Department of Emergency Medicine and School of Dentistry. His professional interests include research impact evaluation, scholarly communication, and data visualization. Prior to joining Taubman, he was an Associate Fellow at the National Library of Medicine and has worked in library roles at Frontier Nursing University, the University of Kentucky, and the University of Arkansas. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Library Science from the University of Kentucky.
