Roland Bernard Welmaker, Library Manager, Technical Services, is also a member of the research faculty at Morehouse School of Medicine. A librarian for fifty years, he has served as a public librarian, academic librarian, library educator, and health sciences librarian. He has coauthored several articles and chapters on health sciences library and program evaluation topics. Community outreach, as well as research design and analysis and program evaluation, serve as important cornerstones of his work as a librarian.
