Gurpreet K. Rana is the global health coordinator at the Taubman Health Sciences Library (THL) at the University of Michigan. She establishes global health research initiatives and fosters relationships with units and schools across campus and around the world focusing of global health and health equity. She has previously held the position as Taubman Library's clinical education librarian, allowing her to focus on the integration of librarians and information-seeking skills into undergraduate and graduate medical education. She is excited to be creating opportunities in research, teaching, and learning in global health. Rana has a degrees in honors biology and library and information science from the University of Western Ontario.
