Laura Zeigen, MA, MLIS, MPH, AHIP, Health Sciences Education and Research Librarian, Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon has worked as a liaison librarian, developing curriculum with and providing instruction for a variety of programs at her institution, including the Nutrition, Physician Assistant, and Undergraduatee Medical Education and Graduate Medical Education programs, and Schools of Public Health and Nursing. Her research interests include how students, faculty, and staff in health sciences institutions best learn to incorporate new information habits into practice and how to best develop structural competency and advocacy skills across all health professions.
