Tiffani R. Conner, AHIP

Business Development

Dr. Tiffani R. Conner works in business development for a government contractor. One of her primary focus areas is peer review and scientific integrity. Formerly, Dr. Conner served as an Academic Librarian in both R1 and regional universities for over 20 years working with business, nursing, and social sciences disciplines. Dr. Conner is an AHIP member, holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and Research, two Master's in Information Science and Educational Psychology - Adult Education, and is a credentialed Project Management Professional and Foundation Certified with the Association for Proposal Management Professionals. Dr. Conner's work on peer review began in 2014 and she has conducted research for both publication and government agencies. NIH provides the highest level of grant and research funding and is revamping their peer review process to improve the process itself as well as increase the number and diversity of reviewers. As a former Health Sciences librarian and AHIP member, Dr. Conner seeks to provide helpful information to medical librarians.
