G.J. Corey Harmon has had the pleasure of working in most areas of librarianship and in several different types of libraries. While pursuing his MSLS at UNC- Chapel Hill, he Interned at the EPA Library. Following graduation he worked at a two year school, a public library, the post library at Fort Knox, KY, and the library at the United States Military Academy at West Point where he was the liaison to the Department of History. I transitioned to medical librarianship in July 2018, when he became the Head of Access Services at ECU’s Laupus Library where, among other things, he provides oversight for the service desk, interlibrary loan, and the anatomical model collection. He is a member of the Association of North Carolina Health and Science Librarians, The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of MLA, MLA, and AHIP.
