My name is Patty Smith, MLIS, and I work as a Product Specialist for Altmetric and Dimensions, which are companies within the Digital Science portfolio. I joined Digital Science in 2019 after working for over 5 years as a librarian in both hospital and academic environments, where I developed a passion for science communication and research impact. I help our customers get the most out of our products, and I love seeing peoples' faces light up when I'm able to help make their lives easier!
