Margaret A Hoogland, MLS, AHIP, serves as the Clinical Medical Librarian in the Mulford Health Sciences Library at The University of Toledo. She worked for four years as the Distance Support Librarian serving completely onliine programs and during this time developed an interest in using technology to enhance teaching and providing reference services. Her research interests include Outreach, Instruction, Usability, and Health Literacy.
