Melissa De Santis, AHIP, is the director of the Strauss Health Sciences Library at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Her areas of interest include diversity, equity and inclusion in libraries, developing library staff, and the relationship between academic health sciences libraries and affiliated healthcare systems. She is active in professional associations at the local, regional, and national level. She received both her BA in psychology and her MLIS from the University of California-Los Angeles.
