Title: Manager Customer Success-Training

As a letter of introduction, I am a certified trainer with (20) years of experience in training a diverse curriculum to multi teams within the Healthcare and IT industries. Additionally, from a practitioner to sales and trainer I have spent 37 years in Healthcare. I joined Wolters Kluwer in 2008 as a Training Manager designing and delivering training for medical, academic, and corporate researchers/librarians/clinicians through our Ovid platform. I also manage a group of trainers covering the US/Mexico/Canada. I have authored and published training materials designed for allied health professionals.
